Council for Exceptional Children and Division for Emotional Behavioral Health presents "Decoding Student Behavior: What Every Teacher Should Know" on Thursday, September 25th at Behavior Institute for Children and Adolescents (BICA). An Open House will take place at the same time from 4pm to 7pm. Snacks are provided.
